Made in collaboration with ImmuneSchein Ginger Elixirs, the lemon ginger ganache is made with Fruition Chocolate's Dominican 68% Dark Chocolate and ImmuneSchein's Classic Ginger Elixer. 

 

Fruition Chocolate Works and ImmuneSchein Ginger Elixirs are both family owned and located in the Hudson Valley. Both companies are Good Food Award recipients and they share the same passion for artisanal handcrafted food & beverages. This collaborative product features a chocolate that has a balanced flavor profile with a touch of brightness that complements the ginger and lemon to satisfy your craving and awaken your senses.
